Abstract




Idrovo Agropecuaria In recent years there have been high economic losses by not having a proper working environment for that reason this study is based on an assessment of the degree of effectiveness that has a good working environment, providing technical solutions and administrative, which favor the good performance of employees and development of it. The definition of an adequate work environment with control methods, training, policies and procedures allow the institution to develop and expand into other areas of Canton Milagro as Idrovo Agricultural currently undergoing a transformation, ie it is ceasing to be micro to become small business therefore needs to be addressed in a technical and professional to be the main problem the work environment and enterprise development.
