The Centrosur  is a  scientific-technical journal means of dissemination of the country's agricultural sector, edited by Instituto Tecnológico Corporativo Edwards Deming based in the city of Quito - Ecuador, it is aimed at researchers in the agronomic sciences, extensionists and all related professionals who They develop science and apply technology for the benefit of the productivity of the field and agricultural producers.

The journal has maintained a semester periodicity from 2018 to the first semester 2020 from this date onwards the journal changes its periodicity to quarterly publishing its numbers on the first 5 days of the months of January, April, July and October, The journal maintains its policies and has no costs at the time of applying or publishing the works presented and is financed thanks to the management of the Instituto Tecnológico Corporativo Edwards Deming.

The journal is aimed at teachers and expert researchers in the area of agronomy and related sciences and is intended to disseminate original, unpublished results of basic and applied research in the different areas of agronomy.
