Relationship between transformational leadership and creativity in teachers at the San José Institute in Southern Lurín, 2013

Abstract
The research aimed to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity in the teachers at the San José Institute in Southern. The method used was the hypothetical deductive, nonexperimental, cross sectional correlational level design. From these results, a Spearman Rho of 0.70 was obtained at a significance level of 0.01. This indicates that there is a positive correlation between both variables. Spearman's Rho statistic was used to compare hypotheses. It was concluded that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and creativity in the teachers at the San José Institute in Southern, located in the District of Lurín.
