Abstract
This article aims to study the technical assistance of organic quinoa as an exportable offer. This assistance service is provided by the Minagri and agencies attached to the public entity. Initially, some antecedents of the subject are presented within the sector both at the national and international level, especially with information from the main countries that have achieved adequate international insertion; Subsequently, a conceptualization of the study categories is carried out, the importance of accompaniment in organic production is emphasized. It was concluded that there is assistance and certification to the associations in the main regions of the country, however, certifying as organic input is too much
