COMPUTER APPLICATION IN TILAPIA PRODUCTION PROCESSES (OREOCHROMIS NILOTICUS) (TPI)
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research is focused on developing software that allows optimizing those processes in tilapia crops (growth, cost, and profitability), developing a user interface that makes it easier to manage data in fish farmers; using technological tools that allow access to information in real time, allowing them to be developed in less time and cost savings, and for the minimum amount of systematic errors to return accurate information on growth, cost and profitability factors. Some of these factors are the weight, temperature, and absolute growth, the thermal growth of the fish, the temperature, feeding, and also the monthly projections of costs, production and profitability that can be extracted in the process of fish farming. To solve this problem, a computer application is developed in the Java programming language with the eclipse platform, the program must meet certain requirements such as agility, find a balance point and cover the needs raised in the project.
