Abstract




Today, professionals are required to have a high degree of competitiveness and, within it, the ability to establish excellent human relations, in the sense of being able to negotiate and work in teams to these expectations, the college has to promote this culture and what better than in classrooms where students spend most of their time interacting. Given these considerations, it is presented to me the interest of conducting this research and analysis skills in staff attitudes in students, the overall goal is to determine the causes that affect the skills and attitudes developed through teamwork among students of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the University of Guayaquil, extension Duale, during the academic year 2011 - 2012 for the improvement of their professional profile in the theoretical framework outlined the theoretical foundations of team learning, benefits and skills that are developed to work together, taking into account the variables study of the hypothesis is the skills and attitudes in teamwork as dependent and as an independent application of standards, tools for data collection was a survey to determine the population is 112 people consisted of managers, teachers and students, the which no statistical formula was applied to calculate the sample because the population is very small, because the sample is equal to the population, the methods that were used for this study was inductive - deductive analytical and synthetic.
