Abstract

The research was carried out in the experimental farm "La Represa" belonging to the State Technical University of Quevedo. Where the effect of the application of seven bioles in three propagative methods was studied; using a completely randomized block design (DBCA) with arrangement of divided plots resulting in 21 treatments; including a witness, it was worked with three repetitions. Phenological, physiological, health and productive variables were evaluated; and the cost-benefit ratio of each of the treatments was established. Tukey (P?0.05) was used for the statistical analysis of the means. The
application of bioles had a positive effect on the cultivation of cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) the greatest physiological development, it was presented in the treatments that had application of albio-bacth biol. In the phenological variables, the highest height was presented in treatment T15 (artisanal biol with
seed). Potassium-based biol exerted a positive effect against the reduction of the witch's broom disease. The highest yield kg / ha / year was obtained by T14 with the propagative grafting method and application of biol albio-bacth (biol based on microorganisms). The bioles in general helped to improve
the conditions in the soil, increasing macro and micronutrients; in addition, the application of bioles increased the pH and the exchange of the bases, also helped
