Abstract




The national institute of agricultural research (INIAP), is a company created to direct and quide the agricultural and livestock development in the country, in order to create new technologies to increase productivity and ensure the agricultural sector, all with the help of employees, since they form part of its strategic objectives. This research seeks to determine the causes q affect turnover, in chapter I, problematization, objectives and justification is established, why and for research. Chapter II, tells the story of INIAP origins, which are skills, staff turnover, which serves to stablish the assumptions and variables. In chapter III, we find the type of research, characteristics, population, problem definition, sample size, methods and techniques as well as the survey and interview selected to develop this research. The fourth chapter shows the performance, technical performance, evaluation and analysis of the information gathered, making test hypotheses and variables. In chapter V, we present the proposal, which is to design a competency profile sheet, manual functions, dictionary skills, and the impact that would cause INIAP benefit from it, showing financial resource and schedule activities, guidelines, conclusions and recommendations.
